Employee Resources - How do I submit SCC Help Desk Request?


Step 1:  Start an Internet Browser (IE, FF, Safari,Chrome).
Step 2:  In the Address field, enter: https://helpdesk.riosalado.edu/desk/Default.asp?Campus=5

Step 3:  Select the appropriate work request.  For example if you need to submit a ticket for help with computer request, click on SCC Computer Service Requests.
Step 4:  If you need assistance with Windows Computers - click on Windows Computers

Step 5: Fill-out the form, please note checkmarks are required fields and click Submit.
