mySCC - SSL Error Fix for Mac


Due to network changes to mySCC, MAC users may receive the following error message


If you receive the message above while trying to log onto to mySCC then follow these steps:
1. Navigate to http://www.citrix.com/
2. Click on Downloads at the top of the web page
3. On the left side, under Find Downloads, select Citrix Receiver in the first box and Receiver Easy Install  in the second box, then click find
4. Click on the link that says "Detect my device and install Receiver"
5. Follow the installation wizard steps to complete the download

If this does not help, please call the SCC Help Desk at 480.423.6274 option #3 and we will troubleshoot over the phone or visit the Student TechCenter located in IT100.
