New Phone System



Phones across campus were upgraded with new CISCO models. Although the phones will be new, features of the previous phones will still be available. SCC ITS department is providing all users a guide to their new upgraded phone to make sure there is no down time in workflow and effectiveness. Take a moment to view a more in depth guide to your new campus phone and refer back when needed. Additionally, see the attached "Top 5 Phone Tips" for a quick overview of the most commonly used features.

Checking your voicemail while off campus, use the following:

  1. Dial (480) 425-6888
  2. Enter your 5 digit extension followed by the # (pound sign)
  3. Enter your pin followed by the # (pound sign)
  4. Use prompts for checking, saving, or deleting your messages
