Having issues with Jabber? A good first remedy is a "Reset"
1. If you are not currently signed in, Login:
2. If you're signed in already, or just signed in, select Menu and Sign out:
2. Once signed out, select "Reset Jabber":
3. Confirm Reset:
4. Enter your email and select Continue: email@example.com
5. Enter your Username and Passord:
