Employee Resources - Online Request To Sponsor/Insurance Waiver Request Form


The Online Request To Sponsor and Insurance Waiver Request system is used to generate an automated request to sponsor for an outside guest or group on campus, waive rental fees for use of facilities for a co-sponsored activity, and/or request waiver of insurance requirements for outside guests, lecturers, or instructors on campus.

The SCC Rental or Sponsored Event Decision Flowchart is used to help make the decision if an event may be eligible for sponsorship.  This document, along with additional instructions and guidelines for request To sponsor of events, guest lecturers or instructors, and insurance waiver may be accessed on the College Facilities web page, here:

Please use the attached RTS Things to Remember document for guidelines and standards for entering the Event Title, Vendor Name, and Supervisor processing instructions.
