To Reactivate your MEID (Maricopa Enterprise ID), navigate to the following webstie (link) and complete the form:

admissions.maricopa.edu/ID/Reactivate/

(requires fields are denoted by an asterrisk *)

Reactivation could take 30 minutes to process.

Password Requirements 
Be at least 12 characters long with a maximum length of 256.
Must contain character types from 3 of the 4 categories:
Uppercase (A, B, C, …)
Lowercase (a, b, c, …)
Numerals (0 through 9)
Special characters, such as ~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ & * - + = \ | { } ( )
Must not contain the user's account name/MEID/Student ID, sequential (e.g. 123, abc), or more than two consecutive repeating characters.
The previous 10 passwords cannot be reused.
